Her areas of research and expertise focus on institution building, strategic planning, HRD, organizational research, career management systems for the public service sector for 15 years; and town planning and operations auditing in the human settlements and housing finance sector for 10 years.

As an OD/institutional planning practitioner, she handled the setting up of the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Philippine Postal Corporation, and the Internal Revenue Service Training Institute of BIR; career management systems and training programs for the DFA and BIR; organizational assessment/strategic studies for the National Educators Academy of the Philippines of the Department of Education (DepEd), the National Commission of Indigenous Peoples, the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), the Bureau of Labor and Employment Statistics, the Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD); and field officers training for town planning and zoning of the Human Settlements Commission.

She participated in policy research and systems studies for the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and Law of the Sea Treaty Negotiations(DAP-DFA), Coastal and Marine Resource Management Program under the Ministry of Human Settlements (MHS), the Population Commission (POPCOM) population policy framework, the 1992 Local Government Code (DAP-DILG), the Department of Youth and Sports (DAP-OP) program, decentralized resource management systems for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DepEd), town planning for various regions, the UNDP-assisted shelter monitoring indicators program for the Housing and Urban Development and Coordinating Council (HUDCC-OP), monitoring and evaluation systems for the Speaker of the House of Representatives (Congress), and reorganization reform for the National Commission for Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).

She served in government as Assistant Minister for Planning at the Ministry of Human Settlements (MHS). At present, she serves as Vice President for Planning, IT and External Affairs of the Philippine Women’s University (PWU). She was also the former Secretary-General of the Women in Environment Foundation, a local non-government organization of Filipino women advocates for the protection of the environment.

As practicing architect and urban planner, Ms. Raralio handled among others: the Site Development Plan for Camp O’Donnell, Master Plan for Provincial Industrial Estates (Lanao del Sur, Davao, Abra, and Bukidnon). Iligan City Master Plan, Imus Cavite and Montalban Master Plan, Laguna Lake Regional Development Plan, Pagudpud-Bangui Tourism Master Plan, Resettlement Plan for Mt. Pinatubo, Resettlement Plan for Agno River Flood Control Project, Land-Use Plan for Cagayan de Oro-Iligan Corridor, MIS/DBMS consultant for several government projects, Shelter indicators study for 4 regions, Developing a shelter monitoring system for Region IX, and the Environmental Impact Assessment for Humanitarian Sciences Foundation.

Ms. Abee Generao has more than 20 years experience in corporate governance and institution building.

 
 

Finance and business management expert. Master in Public and Business Management – an Executive Management Program jointly undertaken by La Salle Business School and UP College of Public Administration and completed the General Management and Development Program in Asian Institute of Management (AIM) both under government scholarship program. He worked in the private sector as Vice-President (in concurrent capacities) for Image Dimensions Advertising, Market Light Realty & Development Corporation, Corporate Image Dimensions and Direct Marketing Corporation.

He held key positions in the government and served as Deputy Executive Director and Internal Auditor of the National Centennial Commission; Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors (in concurrent capacities) for the National Agri -Business Corporation, Philippine Genetics, Inc., San Carlos Fruit Corp., Inc., Zamboanga Rubber Estate Corp. under the Department of Agriculture. He restored Nayong Pilipino and served as its Officer-in-Charge and Deputy Executive Director. While with the Human Settlements Development Corporation (HSDC), he was Assistant General Manager of the Integrated Area Development Program, Financial Comptroller of the National Housing Corporation and Senior Vice-President for Operations, Builder’s Brick, Inc. He served as the Comptroller of the Technology Resource Center – BLISS Agro-Industrial Estates Projects and Systems & Program Officer (Finance Manager) of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).

 
 

Ms. Ofelia Verceles is currently a Director for MIS and Continuing Education Programs at the Philippine Women’s University (PWU). She completed her Master of Business Administration from the same university. She worked for more than a decade at the Ministry of Human Settlements (MHS) with the Planning Office. For several years, she has been doing management consulting work in the field of management information systems, IT training courses and IT applications in administrative systems.
